Watch out for the special tea! Severley high winds made kiting almost impossible, but it's a beautiful little town on the coast of Morocco that has to be visited if you're over there. Great fish selection at the port and a couple of good bars despite it being a dry country.

Glasto fantastico. What an honour to spend another weekend at this festival. Scott Matthews, brilliant, Bjork - I've been waiting 15 years to see and she didn't disappoint. The chemicals yet again demonstrated why they are the kings of UK dance. Don't forget the time in the tent everyone.

60 Miles of cycling heaven. Could have done it a lot faster. Probably shouldn't have stopped for a pub lunch and a couple of pints, but somehow, it was just the right thing to do. Beautiful day had by all. Look out for the sprint finish video.
